When will I get the gallery?

Your images will be delivered within the timeline specified in your package. I love to work fast, and I have never missed a deadline. Most of my clients receive their gallery well before they expect to.

If you need your images earlier than the package allows, please make sure to add the express delivery fee before your session. I appreciate your patience, as it allows me to give every image the attention it deserves.

Question 2

Will I get to choose which images you edit?

Image selection is handled entirely by me, and that's very much intentional. I use professional culling software to identify the strongest shots, then go through each one individually to make sure every image is truly ready for editing. The culling process alone takes around an hour (though it varies by session), and it's a critical part of delivering a seamless, high-quality experience.

When you book with me, you're not just paying for edited photos - you're investing in a complete, carefully considered process. I typically edit beyond what's included in your package, and because I manage the entire workflow myself, I can move quickly and deliver fast.

This is the way I've always worked, and it consistently produces the best results for my clients.

Question 3

How many images will I receive?

The number of photos depends on the package you choose. If your package includes the plus (+) sign, you will receive the full gallery, meaning every single image that I edit, with no extras charged and nothing held back.

I do not charge per photo or limit what you receive based on a fixed number. Whatever I edit, you get. I often deliver more than what is listed in a package because I never want to leave out a beautiful moment, and I would rather give you more than less.

Every gallery includes carefully selected and professionally edited images that tell the story of your session. I always focus on quality while making sure you receive enough photos to remember every important moment.

Can I keep my photos private?

Of course! You have the option to keep your photos private for an additional fee of 15%. This fee ensures that your cherished memories remain exclusively accessible to you, enhancing your privacy and security.

Question 5

What does BTS mean and is it worth adding on?

Accepted Answer

BTS stands for behind the scenes. While I shoot with my professional camera, I also record short video clips on my phone throughout the session. These can range from 3 seconds to 30 seconds, and occasionally up to a minute or longer. Think of it as raw, candid content that is yours to keep, share on social media, or simply enjoy while you wait for your gallery.

Photos are always the main focus, so you will receive a lot of short clips rather than long footage. The clips come completely raw and unedited. You keep what you love and delete the rest. I only edit just one clip that is combined and send it to you after few days.

I deliver the footage via AirDrop right after the session. If you do not have an iPhone, or if the session does not allow time for the transfer (such as a wedding), I will send everything through my system as soon as I get home. You will have it within 24 hours.
Please store the clips as soon as you receive them, as I do not keep the full footage on my end.

Is it worth it? Absolutely. Clients who have seen my BTS footage always say the same thing: it is something special to have before the gallery arrives. I do recommend adding it before signing the contract, so I can plan and be fully prepared for your session.

Will I get the raw files?

No. Editing is where most of my time goes, and it is a huge part of what you are paying for. When you book with me, you are not just paying for the photoshoot itself but for all the extra hours I spend crafting images that reflect my own style and vision.

I want my clients to choose me because they connect with my style, not just because they want pictures. The editing is not a finishing touch. It is a core part of what makes my work mine.

Can I change outfits for the photoshoot?

Take a look at the different packages I offer, as each one allows for different outfit changes during the shoot. We usually change outside, in a public bathroom (most of them are super clean), or even in a café. I personally prefer outdoor changes since they’re quicker and more convenient! And just so you know, you can easily change outfits in Copenhagen without any worries - there’s no risk of getting fined. People here are very polite and tend to mind their own business. We’ve never had any issues! So, if you’re thinking about outfit changes, go for it!

Can we schedule a consultation to discuss our plans in detail?

Absolutely. We can schedule a 15 to 30 minute consultation in person, or via Zoom or WhatsApp video call (+45 50 14 00 33). This is a great opportunity to talk through your vision, your plans, and any questions you may have.

If you are booking a couple, wedding, or elopement session, it is really important that both of you are available and present for it. This way, we can make the most of our time and make sure everything is perfectly planned for your session.

Question 9

Will you photoshop me?

Accepted Answer

All the images you receive will be professionally edited. That said, I do not manipulate or alter bodies in any way, whether that means making someone appear brighter, slimmer, or anything in between. My goal is to highlight your beauty through your feelings and energy, not to change the way you look.

It is really important to me that you feel confident in yourself, and I will do everything I can to bring that out even more during our session.

Before booking, I also encourage you to check out my Instagram to get a feel for my editing style. It is important that my work resonates with you before we work together.

Can I get the edited images on the day of the photoshoot?

This may be possible, but please discuss it with me at least two weeks before your session so we can plan accordingly.
If same-day or express delivery within 48 hours is agreed upon, an additional fee of 2.241 DKK (300€) will apply.

What if it rains on the day of the shoot?

Copenhagen weather can be unpredictable, but a little rain often creates beautiful and unique photos! Some of my favorite shots are taken during the rain and after the rain, and I will bring a lovely transparent umbrella ☔️ to enjoy the session fully. However, if the weather isn’t ideal for you, we can always reschedule at no extra cost or move the session indoors.

Question 12

What should I do if I lose my images after they have been delivered?

Accepted Answer

Once images are delivered to the client, it is their responsibility to store and back up the files. We recommend keeping multiple copies in different locations, such as cloud storage and external hard drives. If clients lose their images due to their own actions (e.g., accidental deletion, hard drive failure), we will do our best to assist in recovering the files; however, we are not liable for any lost or damaged images once they have been delivered.
Clients may request lost images within 6 months of the original delivery date free of charge. After this period, a retrieval fee of 3,000 DKK (or 400€) applies.

If you have opted to pay the privacy fee, your images are stored securely for 6 months. After that period, we cannot guarantee that your files will still be available.
I always recommend downloading and backing up your full gallery as soon as you receive it, so your memories are safe no matter what.

Do you travel for shoots outside Copenhagen?

Yes! While I’m based in Copenhagen, I’m happy to travel for destination shoots, weddings, or other special events. Travel fees may apply depending on the location. Here you can find more information.

We do not have our elopement date yet. Can we still reach out?

Do not worry at all. In Denmark, many couples only confirm their elopement date around four months before the day itself, so you are not alone in this.

I would still love to hear from you early. Even just sharing a rough timeframe, whether that is a date, a month or a season, gives me a sense of when your elopement might take place. I love connecting with my couples from the start, getting to know each other, and being part of the journey well before the big day.

Can we book an engagement and wedding photoshoot together?

When you book both engagement and wedding photoshoots together, you'll receive a 50% discount on the engagement photoshoot. This discount applies to any package you choose for the couple/engagement photoshoot. Please note that both photoshoots must be booked at the same time to avail of this offer.

We are having an elopement or wedding in Copenhagen. Which package fits us best?

Every couple is different, so the right package really depends on your day and what matters most to you. As a general rule, the more coverage you have, the more moments get captured and the less you have to worry about anything being missed.

If you are not sure where to start, just send me the plan for your day, and I will recommend what I think would work best. You are always free to go with my suggestion or choose based on what feels right for you.

The most important thing is that you feel confident in your choice, so you can fully enjoy your day knowing every special moment is being taken care of.

What if we want to hire you, but none of the packages you offer fit us?

No problem at all. The packages you see on my website are based on what has worked best for most of my clients over the years and what usually fits the experience they are looking for. However, I completely understand that every couple, wedding, and photoshoot is different.

If none of the packages feel like the right fit for you, feel free to reach out with your ideas, needs, or vision, and I will do my best to create a custom option that works better for you. I am always happy to adjust things when possible so the experience feels personal and aligned with what you are looking for.

Most couples book their wedding photography between 3 and 12 months in advance, particularly for popular summer dates in Copenhagen. The sooner you reach out, the better your chances of securing your date.
