The Country That Stole My Heart, sLOVEnia! ️️️️

Bled

It was December 2015 when I got a letter of confirmation as an exchange student in sLOVEnia for one semester. I never thought that this country will steal my heart.

However, first city I visited was Koper.

Titov Trg

Koper's Old City can easily be covered on foot.

And, If you're lucky, you may also get to catch a glimpse of one of the cruise liners calling into port, for a day of sightseeing.

Cathedral of the Assumption

When Dardan came in Koper, we tried Sarrey Bike, which was pretty amazing.

Modern part of Koper.

Koper, Slovenia

Our next stop was Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia

See the sights of the old city center from the Lea tourist boat, which departs from the pier below the Butchers' Bridge.

Dragon Bridge - If you haven't been photographed next to a Dragon Bridge, you can hardly claim that you have visited Ljubljana.

More pictures from Ljubljana!

Soca River is the most beautiful river I have ever seen!

Here, you can make unforgettable holiday memories by experiencing nature, and you can explore the heritage of conflict and thus be reminded to preserve peace.

Next stop - Postojna Cave. Before going into the Caves we saw some museum there.

And, I still don't know what was that thing that Dardan scared me! 😂

The Postojna Cave system is Slovenia's most popular tourist attraction, and within an instant of arriving, it is clear why. Right?

A World-Famous Marvel

We wrote an email as well! 😁
