Heyy, so nice to meet you! My name is Nertila and I am 28 years old and based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Let me take you on a short version of my photography journey.

I started photography as a hobby in 2016 and created a brand for myself that I named Bigwig Photography...I realized that photography is what I was born to do. I've never felt this type of passion for anything else. 

In 2019, I moved to stunning Copenhagen to live a love story with my husband. No matter what I tried, my heart always came back to photography. Some said it was impossible to be a photographer, but I knew it was my true calling. Then, in 2021, a pro workshop boosted my confidence, and I started capturing emotions and stories ever since.

In August 2022, I left my part-time job to pursue photography full-time. That's when one of my old colleagues told me, "Nertila, you're too talented to be here." Those words hit hard, and I resigned that very day. And guess what? In 2023, my dreams rocketed when two wedding pics landed in the New York Times. A dream come true, showcasing my love for this craft. Now, in 2023, I'm proudly one of the top-rated photographers in Scandinavia, capturing unforgettable moments for amazing clients. Dreams do come true!!
